These terms apply when you use omlineup.org and our top-up help service. By sending a request you agree to them.
The service
Omlineup is an independent service that helps you top up FRiENDi mobile numbers in Oman. We are not FRiENDi mobile and do not manage your mobile account, plan or balance.
Requests
A request is not an order or a payment. It only asks a manager to contact you. A top up is placed only after you confirm the number and total and complete payment.
Amounts and fees
A single top up can be from OMR 0.100 to OMR 50.000. Any service fee is shown before you confirm and forms part of the total you agree to.
Your responsibilities
You confirm that the number you give is correct and that you are allowed to use the payment card. Credit sent to a number you confirmed cannot usually be moved to another number.
Delivery
We send the top up after the payment is confirmed. Delays caused by the mobile network or payment provider are outside our control, but we will help you follow them up.
Refunds
Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.
Liability
Our responsibility is limited to the amount you paid for the top up in question, as far as the laws of the Sultanate of Oman allow.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Sultanate of Oman.
