We want everyone in Oman to be able to request a top up easily, whatever device or assistive technology they use.

What we do

The site aims to meet WCAG 2.2 level AA. Pages use clear headings, labelled form fields, visible focus outlines and colour contrast that works in both light and dark themes.

Keyboard and screen readers

All menus, forms and dialogs work with a keyboard. A “skip to content” link is available at the top of each page, and form errors are announced to screen readers.

Two languages

Every page is available in English and in Arabic with right-to-left layout. Phone numbers and emails keep their correct reading order in both.

Motion and display

Animations are reduced when your device asks for reduced motion, and the layout adapts to small screens and text zoom.
