This policy explains what personal data Omlineup collects when you use omlineup.org, why we collect it and how you can control it.
Data we collect
The FRiENDi number you want to top up and, if you choose to give them, your name, email address, preferred language and message. We also collect basic technical data such as browser type and pages visited, through essential cookies only.
Why we use it
To contact you about your request, confirm the top-up amount, send the payment link, deliver the credit and answer support questions. We do not use your data for advertising and do not sell it.
Payment data
Card details are entered on a secure payment page operated by a payment provider. Omlineup does not receive or store full card numbers.
Sharing
We share only what is needed to complete the top up — for example the mobile number and amount — with the payment and top-up providers that process your order, and with authorities in Oman where the law requires it.
Retention
Request records are kept for as long as needed to provide the service, handle refunds and meet legal obligations, then deleted or anonymised.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw consent for being contacted. Email us and we will respond within a reasonable time.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top of the page shows the latest version.
